post and my obsession with coconut, I decided to make french toast
sticks again but this time topped with with layers of fluffy shredded
coconut! Great addition to the Sunday brunch table – you’ll really be
sure to impress your guests!!Whisk the eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon in a large bowl. Pour the mixture over the bread and soak for 2 minutes, turning once. If desired, coat bread with cornflake crumbs on all sides.These sticks can either be frozen for later consumption or cooked right away.
